General Function

The Associate Optometrist is a leader in the organization, delivering the brand promise, experience and key results through collaboration and teamwork. Ensures all patients receive high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results and practices growth through strong partnership with the MOD, SMM and team. Delivers key performance indicators and serves as a leading ambassador of the Brand both inside and outside the organization, driven by passion and high standards.
