Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the surgical team within the surgical center, this individual should have knowledge and skills about products and techniques of the spine.

• Test all instruments and equipment before and after surgery, ensuring that instruments with problems or defects are separated and sent for maintenance, and that replacements are arranged promptly.
• Promote increased proceduralization through collaboration within the surgical center, working with surgeons and Sales Representatives to increase the number of surgeries and surgeons.
• Accelerate revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory, building relationships with spine surgeon customers.
