In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the Order Management Solutions service line, supporting countries, regions, or g global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks /target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
- Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
- Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
