Job Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and communication, ensuring quick and professional responses while keeping accurate records.
- Assign tasks to team members based on priority and workload, following up to ensure everything gets done efficiently with the help of task management tools.
- Organize and prioritize incoming emails, responding or passing them on as needed, while keeping your inbox tidy and managing email archives.
- Keep office operations running smoothly by monitoring supplies, coordinating maintenance, and assisting in event planning.
- Gather and analyze data to create insightful reports, making sure they're accurate and relevant, and presenting findings to the Managing Partner and team. Also, manage software, handle data securely, and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
