Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Mental Health

An excellent opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse ready to assume the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Mental Health Unit at a private hospital in Melbourne. This can be either a full-time or part-time role. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work across general adult and older persons' psychiatry inpatient units, providing recovery-oriented mental health services to voluntary consumers through inpatient individual and group therapy programs, as well as TMS and ECT services. As the ANUM, you will be:

Assisting in managing the nursing and related resources available to the ward/unit;

Acting as a role model in setting the clinical standards and achieving high-quality evidence-based nursing care;

Fostering the development of cooperative professional relationships with the multidisciplinary health care team;
