Associate Network & Lab IT Systems Engineer

Alcon in Mexico City (Hybrid) is seeking an Associate, Industrial & Laboratory Systems Engineering to support the IT Core Connectivity team. You will help design and operate IT and laboratory networks, participating in service reviews, change management, and security-focused initiatives while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a BS in CS/IT, 2–4+ years of network operations experience, proficiency with ServiceNow, ITIL, Cisco/Juniper, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
