Responsibilities
- Support implementation of new innovative technologies for manufacturing, including a systematic approach for requirements for new equipment.
- Maintain oversight of process performance (end‑to‑end) based on parameter monitoring to the production, door to door at the site, ensuring on‑time execution and continuous improvement in quality and efficiency, SOPs and guidelines.
- Ongoing intra‑ and inter‑batch monitoring and other process‑related metrics.
- Data collection, tracking, analysis and reporting for process metrics and continuous monitoring.
- Lead yield improvement projects:
- Lead and manage projects according to assigned timeline.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for project details.
- Manage change requests, draft and execute protocols.
