Associate Manual QA Engineer (Zapopan)

You will be working within a diverse, globally distributed team based out of Guadalajara, collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams across India and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Define and create test scenarios, including ad-hoc, functional, regression, and sanity/smoke testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams, especially engineering and product, to understand use cases and create tests.
• Analyse requirements to identify all relevant test scenarios and edge cases to meet customer needs.
• Identify and document defects with deep root cause analysis, risk, and impact analysis.
• Come up with out‑of‑the‑box scenarios for edge cases of features.
• Participate in sprint planning and other internal meetings, providing input, suggestions, and recommendations as needed.
• Maintain smooth flow of releases with team leads.
• Familiarise with Windows and Linux development environments.
