ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Manager, Human Resources, Field HR supports the execution of HR initiatives. They will support the business by aligning with HRDC (MyHR), COEs, and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources to deliver HR programs and initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation planning/implementation.
