About the Role
The Sales Operations Associate Manager is part of IMAX’s global Sales and Corporate Development organization with a focus on operational excellence, effective sales enablement, and strong cross‑functional partnership. This role drives operational and analytical projects and initiatives that improve sales processes, tools, and communication to enable IMAX’s global revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Insights & Reporting: maintain and optimize deals system management to track global sales pipeline and deal signing; manage global sales shared drive, documentation, and prepare recurring sales reports (weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly); assist in tracking sales expenses and compiling quarterly overviews; help prepare monthly performance summaries and analysis of sales and operational metrics for financial planning.
