Associate Manager, Regional Accounting & Controllership

The Associate Manager will join the team to support the overall LATAM organization, providing controllership and business supervision and support, performing P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, ensuring financial statements are accurate, preparing reports and recommendations to Local and Corporate Management for all the business cross LTAM in a multicurrency environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as controllership process leader and supervise vendor services to meet and exceed organizational goals.
• Coordinate, supervise and perform closing ensuring figures are accurate and in compliance with Accounting Policies (US GAAP, IFRS, other Local GAAPs).
• Perform key analysis for accounting treatment for any new business or non-recurring activity or new process.
