Associate Manager, Performance Analytics & Growth

Link-Worldwide is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager to join its Performance Optimization team in Cancún. This role supports Hyatt's finance function by delivering insights that enhance financial performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

You will partner closely with Regional Directors of Finance (DOFs) to provide actionable analytics and streamline reporting processes, supporting initiatives to identify margin improvement and operational efficiency.
