Associate Manager Ii Customer Quality

**Job Purpose**:
- Main contact for quality-related issues between a company and its customers. They are responsible for ensuring products and services meet customer requirements and standards, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary interface with the customer's quality team.
- Address customer concerns and complaints.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Attend customer audits and participate in customer meetings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
- Monitoring of PR’s, 8D’s, and Status by Claims to meet internal and customer requirements
- Ensure customer protection and updating of the daily report in the event of quality failures
- Follow-up of material returned by Claims or RMA from Internal Customers. Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing.
