Associate Manager, HRIS Ops Support

Overview

The HRIS Operations Support, Associate Manager is a key leadership role within the Global HRIS team, responsible for managing a team of Senior Associates who provide frontline support for SC Johnson's HR technology platforms, including Workday, ServiceNow and other applications and tools. You will combine deep technical expertise, cross-domain ownership, and enterprise collaboration to ensure globally consistent, high-quality support for HR operations.
