Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Private Banking – Managed Investments Operations (Funds Settlement) is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operational processing, controls, and delivery for Managed Investment transactions, including Mutual Funds, Money Market Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity, covering subscriptions, redemptions, switches, settlements, and cash and position reconciliations. The role provides functional leadership and oversight to Team Leaders and officers, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client instructions in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and control standards. The Assistant Manager acts as a checker, escalation point, and decision maker, and may act as Team Leader in the absence of the incumbent.
