The Associate Manager, Data & Analytics plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision making across the Health Products team, which is responsible for the direction, delivery and performance of Canada Life’s health and well-being products.

This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, deliver standardized dashboards and insights, and translate complex data into clear, executive-ready outputs. The Associate Manager supports strategic and operational priorities through advanced analytics, while continuously improving data processes, governance, and reporting capabilities to drive consistency, efficiency, and business impact.
