- Associate Manager Client Services (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)Purpose Of the Role:To perform new account development, client account management, growing accounts and minimizing revenue leakage, prepare customer maps by identifying right contacts in the client organizations, manage proposals and contract negotiations to increase the Infosys footprints in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domains. Work involves a blend of client relationship management, business development and strategic planning.Areas of Responsibility:Client relationship management – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs and CXO -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the clientDrive sales and Go-To-Market strategies and identify new business opportunities.
