The Role

The role is part of the Health & Benefits (H&B) business development team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, Health & Benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and own Cebu pipeline (Top 50–100 accounts) - Identify and prioritize mid-market and multi-site employers across key industries (IT-BPM, manufacturing, logistics)
• Drive new business acquisition - Convert opportunities into revenue through a consultative, solution-led approach
• Establish market presence in Cebu - Represent WTW in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Leverage existing WTW relationships - Work with Manila teams and account managers to penetrate Cebu operations of existing clients
• Develop strong local relationships - Build connections with HR leaders, decision-makers, and key influencers in Cebu
