Major Responsibilities
- Provides Specialist support to business development activities:
- Conduct independent research to understand client industries, products/services, competitors, and business issues.
- Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing client portfolios and new target accounts.
- Develop standard proposals, pitch decks, and scoping documents that clearly articulate our Work & Rewards offerings.
- Lead preparation of bid documents and materials in response to client RFPs
- Provide support to more senior consultants during client engagements, including meeting preparation, materials development, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create thought leadership, webinars, events, and client‑facing materials that position the firm as a trusted advisor.
