Role overview
- Act as key contact for employees on business travel, transfers & relocations
- Provide guidance on mobility policies, tax, immigration & compliance (PWD regulations)
- Coordinate with HR, clients & vendors to ensure smooth deployments
- Monitor risks, ensure compliance, and support process improvements
- Deliver strong employee and client support experience
Requirements
- Strong communication, empathy & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume cases in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Cultural understanding of Mandarin-speaking regions preferred
