The Learning & Development Associate will support the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programmes under Sunway Leadership Centre. The role is primarily focused on training delivery, learner engagement and learning project support , with secondary responsibilities in programme coordination, LMS administration, enrolment management, reporting and HRDC-related documentation.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys engaging with people, facilitating learning sessions, managing learning projects and supporting the growth and development of employees across the organisation.
