Associate Lead to Cash Representative

Servicing both internal and external customers worldwide, assisting Sales/Account Management Team with pre-contract tasks, such as creating accounts and entering opportunity and quote information into relevant systems. Delivering excellent customer service while resolving client billing inquiries by phone and email in an accurate and timely manner. The team acts as a cross-departmental liaison for the Business, Legal, Finance, Account Management and Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the order-to-bill process by:
• Owning the creation and approval of accounts with speed and accuracy.
• Processing account updates, invoices and credits.
• Researching and obtaining information required to resolve billing issues.
• Field client billing queries, coordinate resolution with stakeholders, provide clients with regular updates until resolution is met.
