Associate Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

1. Responsible for Incoming quality assurance of electronic components and PCB 2. Responsible for Complaint management of supplier quality issues and ensure prompt resolution via containment and effective corrective actions. 3. Responsible for PCB – ISIR and Series sample measurement for Q assurance 4. Deliver the Production with Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets of the incoming parts. 5. Perform routine Inspection of the raw materials at incoming and participate in routine GEMBA for quality assurance 6. Analyze Q rejections by Pareto, Cause & Effect Diagram, Root cause Analysis & 5Whys. 7. Documentation of defect analysis with 8D report on TRC and MRC for closure. 8. Ensuring the maintenance & calibration of measurement equipment according to the industry standard to meet the inspection requirements 9.
