Responsibilities
- Establish product vision, strategy and roadmap for the newly established Cash Management business in RBC US.
- Work with Cash Management journey owners to establish a digitally driven client service model that provides seamless client interaction with RBC systems and staff.
- Define, prioritize and implement client fulfillment, maintenance and service models and processes.
- Develop CORE integration and liquidity models to deliver client‑backed digital‑first solutions for US cash management.
- Reimagine how payments evolve to move money in a convenient and secure manner while remaining compliant with payment regulations.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to clients.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Client Oversight, Product, Engineering and GTM teams.
