Exchange Operations (EXO) at Singapore Exchange is building a new capability to systematically convert operational knowledge into structured, reusable assets and embed them into intelligent workflows powered by enterprise AI. This shift requires moving beyond traditional process optimisation toward codifying institutional knowledge and enabling AI-driven execution at scale.
We are seeking high-potential individuals for the role of Associate / Senior Associate, Knowledge & Workflow Innovation to help drive this transformation. This is not a traditional operations role.
