Job Responsibilities
You will play a central role in transforming tacit operational knowledge into structured, executable systems.
Analyse and document end-to-end operational workflows, including decision rules, inputs, outputs, and exception handling. Translate domain expertise into clearly defined units of knowledge that can be reused and scaled.
Break down complex operational processes into modular components such as tasks, rules, and decision points. Identify opportunities to standardise workflows across teams and reduce variability.
Partner with business and technology teams to design AI-enabled workflows, including skills and multi-step process flows that can be executed by enterprise agents. Define logic, control points, and escalation paths.
