The main purpose of this position is to generate and execute commercial strategies to increase the Gross Sales in LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire purchasing and planning process and be the main contact to follow up directly with the client and support the construction of commercial strategies and the channel to gain share profitably.
  • Manage the budget to encourage the POS or sell out of the market.
  • Form a strategic alliance with the client, seeking to understand their needs, their main drivers of sales and profits; as well as the ways in which they seek to differentiate themselves and develop their business.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales experience, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and organized, high capacity for self-management and ability to prioritize.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience leading and developing people.
