The Associate IT Business Analyst will perform improvement opportunities, conduct workflow analysis, prepare recommendations, and facilitate implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs.
Position Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on‑time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
- Production of high‑quality business requirements; including but not limited to creation of documentation in various formats including BRD, Data Mapping, User Cases and User Stories
- Process modeling and analysis skills including but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysis
