Associate Investment Advisor

Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate advisor and Operations Manager in our Toronto location managing client investments, relationships, initiating, implementing and maintaining operations with our advisor team.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and investment management for a group of clients
• Work with other advisors on the team in managing client affairs, including investment management, wealth planning and insurance coverage
• Assist in development and implementation of processes and best practices for investment implementation and maintenance, client reporting, and business analytics
• Incorporate systems into daily activities and work with colleagues to maximize efficiency of systems

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of industry/advisory experience
• Strong systems knowledge: MS Office Suite, strong Excel, data management tools
