Associate Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established frameworks to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage the transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales handover, including coordinating kick-off calls.
• Maintain project resources and keep both internal and external stakeholders updated on project stages and next steps.
• Act as a key liaison between multiple teams, such as product and engineering, to facilitate project alignment.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guide clients on product adoption and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare and facilitate seamless handovers to the client's future Account Management and Customer Success teams.
• Gather and share customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Support teams to drive continuous improvement.
