Overview
Associate position in the Institutional Client Credit Management – Corporate & NBFI team at RBC Capital Markets. Manage a portfolio of credit relationships within the Global Credit division and work with other Capital Markets groups to deliver a full range of credit and banking services to multinational and other large corporate relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prepare transaction requests (new credits, restructurings, renewals, waivers, documentation review, establish lines for trading and cash management, regularize ETRs, provide indicative risk ratings).
- Conduct annual portfolio reviews and maintain data integrity in CCMS.
- Participate in team deliverables and regulatory/audit requests.
- Ensure transactional requests are reviewed and approved within policy.
