Overview

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an HR Associate to support plant operations in Dasmarinas.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the plant in achieving all business objectives (operations, maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, warehousing, plant administration) by focusing on human resources to deliver the required volume output in an industrial environment of peace and harmony.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in identified facets of Human Resource Management functions.
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar work environment.
• Strong Employee Relations knowledge and skills.
• Postgraduate degree in business or industrial relations an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant management systems in the food industry including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC is an advantage. ...
