Associate, HSSE

Job Summary : The HSSE Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety of workers and visitors at the construction sites. The role involves implementing the company’s HSSE Management System, developing and executing construction‑site specific HSSE plans, conducting site inspections, providing training on HSSE procedures, and investigating incidents or accidents that occur at construction sites. The Associate must have a strong knowledge of national and local HSSE regulations and standards, identify potential hazards, develop mitigation plans, and communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and other professionals on site.
