We are working on an exceptional opportunity with a leading global private investor headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The firm is expanding its GP stakes & secondaries team at the Associate level.
What the job involves
- Origination & sourcing: Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities across GP stakes & secondaries, with exposure to multiple geographies
- Transaction execution: Lead due diligence processes including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking, working closely with internal and external advisers
- Portfolio & strategy support: Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and help shape investment theses
- Stakeholder engagement: Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and presentations for investment committee and senior management
