Overview of the Team

The Legal team partners closely with business units to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice that enables growth while effectively managing risk. The team supports a broad range of functions across the organisation, including sales, product, technology, operations, finance and procurement, and plays a key role in supporting IPC’s strategic objectives across EMEA and the US.

Role Overview

As an Associate General Counsel you will support IPC’s EMEA and US business. You will report directly to the General Deputy Counsel and you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial agreements for a technology company, including customer agreements (SaaS, licence, CapEx, maintenance and managed services agreements) and vendor agreements (in-bound licence agreements).
