We are seeking a technically strong and ambitious associate with the ability to develop clients. The role focuses on all aspects of funds‑related work, including drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing legal support to fund managers and investors. The associate will work closely under the supervision of experienced lawyers in a collegiate team and will be expected to hone technical and client development skills.

• 1–2 years post‑qualification experience is desirable.
• Admitted to practice in Singapore.
• Prior funds experience highly preferable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
