SAP Consultants – SNR FICO

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP FICO Modules.
• Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates and documents customer requirements.
• Facilitates workshops to collect business requirements.
• Maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Designs, customizes, configures and tests.
• Identifies gaps, issues and work‑around solutions.
• Analyzes assigned incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests of all Fujitsu AMS clients related to SAP FICO Modules.
