Associate For Community Participation Support Goderich

Make a meaningful impact at Community Living–Central Huron as an Associate for Community Participation Support. Your role will focus on fostering community integration for young adults with developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates should have a post-secondary education in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in Human Services. This position requires creative thinking and the ability to develop person-centered plans that enhance community participation and independence. Robust organizational and presentation skills will be key.

Key Responsibilities

• Build qualified relationships with individuals and community partners
• Facilitate implementation of individualized support plans
• Manage program resources and track budgets
• Identify barriers and advocate for individual rights
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
