- Handle incoming communications from deceased representatives, triaging concerns or inquiries to the appropriate case and managing all customer-related communications, including written notes and phone calls.
- Coordinate directly with deceased representatives to allocate assets to the appropriate party.
- Restrict account access, disable debit cards, and remove externally linked accounts.
