Job Overview
Engineering role focused on design, improvement, and troubleshooting of heavy machine equipment electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities- Operate assembly line and validate procedures such as hot testing, fluid fills, road testing, reworks, and final adjustments on heavy equipment.
- Analyze root causes and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on the assembly line.
- Collaborate with engineering equipment to continuously improve assembly systems and ensure optimal quality and operability.
- Maintain and validate assembly line equipment; perform quarterly/annual recalibrations.
- Adopt and implement new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer-aided manufacturing) to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Plan and improve engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective.
