Associate Engineer, Test Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own the complete manufacturing test strategy
• Create robust and scalable test systems, qualifying custom fixtures, and developing automated test software
• Serve as a key technical partner in the New Product Introduction process
• Act as the lead investigator for complex production challenges
• Continuously scout, evaluate, and implement cutting‑edge manufacturing test technologies and methodologies
• Elevate the skills of the technical team by developing training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
• 6-8 years of experience in a manufacturing test environment
• Demonstrated expertise in defining, developing, and implementing test strategies for new hardware products
• Deep mastery of DFT and DFM principles
