About the Role

The Test Product Engineer (TPE) is responsible for supporting manufacturing by ensuring continuous production, maintaining test hardware and systems, and driving improvements in quality, yield, cycle time, and cost. The role involves troubleshooting and root cause analysis of test-related issues, implementing improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet production and business objectives. The TPE also contributes to workforce development, project execution, and documentation to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good knowledge of basic electronics, engineering practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge in wafer and IC package level testing or expertise in one of these areas is an advantage but not required.
