Associate Engineer (EUS)

The Associate Engineer, EUS is responsible for technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software as well as network connectivity in the organisation.

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, smartphones, audio-visual equipment, Microsoft 365 applications, email, and other workplace technologies.
• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and associated software.
• Perform basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, user accounts, security groups, access permissions, and endpoint policies.
• Handle service requests and incidents in accordance with established service-level targets and IT service-management processes.
