Complete established processes and guidelines, collaborating with team members and leaders to deliver a high-quality employee experience and supporting process improvements as needed.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Carries out day-to-day people processes according to established guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service delivery and critical metrics are met and constantly excelled for the employee lifecycle or operations for areas such as Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration etc.
- Delivers people services in line with agreed service levels and organisational standards, ensuring the colleague and people leader experience is positive and efficient with moderate supervision.
