Position

This is a hybrid role based out of our Montreal office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality property valuations.
• Conduct market research.
• Engage in business development.
• Produce detailed, quality reports.
• Foster client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate to develop and drive strategic growth in your market.
• Promote and advocate for the Colliers brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• AACI designation with an established book of business.
• Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred).
