Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Loans Agency Transaction Manager to help build a sustainable and growing loan agency business and take responsibility for driving exceptional client service and building long lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate loan documentation from an Agency perspective at the point of onboarding and throughout the credit.
• Work with deal arrangers, lenders and internal parties to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new/amended loan agency transactions.
• Ensure all operational aspects of the portfolio are managed effectively via creation/amendment of a Deal Summary.
• Coordinate with L&A Ops for static data set up.
• Participate in deal handover meeting with the L&A Ops team.
• Coordinate waiver/amendment requests between borrowers and lenders.
