Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term sustainable supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in strategic initiative development and execution.
• Lead enterprise-wide supply chain assessments to identify strategic opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize inventory and distribution networks to enhance operational resilience and business performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence, productivity improvements, and achievement of key business outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with internal business leaders and external strategic partners.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment of supply chain initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Lead annual budgeting, capital planning, and resource allocation processes to support strategic supply chain objectives.
