Role - Associate Director - Structured Finance Exp - 8 to 12 years Qualification - CA or MBA (Full-time) Location - Mumbai Remark - Team management experience is mandatory What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Deal Execution & Client Management: Lead and coordinate all aspects of client interaction, directing the execution of complex securitization transactions from inception to publication. Analytical Leadership: Support the credit rating process across diverse asset classes, including ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO, CLO, and Covered Bonds . Committee Presentations: Actively prepare rating committee notes and present robust credit rationales for both new issuances and existing portfolios. Portfolio Surveillance: Guide the team in monitoring assigned credits, reviewing quarterly financial projections, and resolving difficult analytical or structural situations.
