Associate Director – Strategic Workforce Planning & Workforce Intelligence

Lead the enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning agenda, aligning workforce strategy with business growth, transformation, productivity and future capability requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving workforce investment decisions through analytics, commercial insight and strategic challenge.

Key Accountabilities

• Own enterprise-wide Strategic Workforce Planning, workforce forecasting and capability planning frameworks.
• Translate business growth plans into workforce demand, supply and productivity strategies.
• Lead workforce intelligence, predictive analytics, AI-enabled forecasting and executive reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders through fact-based recommendations and constructive challenge.
• Drive workforce optimization, organizational effectiveness and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Establish governance, metrics and decision frameworks for workforce planning.
