Associate Director / Senior Manager, Development (Data Centre)

We are working exclusively on behalf of a fast-growing data centre developer with an active construction pipeline in Johor.

This is a senior on-the-ground hire reporting directly to the Development Director based in Singapore. The role goes beyond traditional project management – the successful candidate will take full ownership of construction delivery, site inspection, contractor management, quality control, and overall data centre development progress across active builds.

The company is also open to candidates with a broader development background who can contribute across pre-construction and technical planning phases.
